Hola Familia, I got my new area and my companion changed this transfer. It was pretty sad because I loved El Torno. It's way beautiful there. But its all good. It doesn't matter where I am at. I will still work hard. My new area is Forestal Riberalta in Beni. I am now in the jungle area. We don't live in the jungle type stuff but it's right next door. It's like a little city and all around it is the jungle. I am still senior companion and my companion is Elder Sangay. He lacks in his mission what I have in my mission and visa versa. He has a year and 4 months in Bolivia and is from Peru. Things are going good so far with him. We don't have any problems and we get along really well. He is funny. He told this girl after a contact to tell her parents that 2 angels that are messengers of God came by to visit. He then said the last time he said that, the girl actually told her parents. It was pretty funny. But before the transfer we had a day to work in the zone leaders area and we had an awesome time. We found a family that has 6 members that are over 8 years old and were very sincere. We also found a house that had two armadillos. We also taught this wife and her husband who we taught about 3 months ago when I was living with the zone leaders, and they hadn't gone to church for over a month. The wife was way sad. Something was going wrong. She was crying during the lesson and the husband said they really needed to go to church and it was the reason that they were having problems in the family. They promised to go to church and the spirit was way strong. But it was crazy how we got to their house. I was working with Elder Neilson (a missionary from my mtc district) and I said I wanted to find these members but I didn't know where they lived exactly. I said this road looks good, and then this road, and somehow we got to their house. It was pretty awesome. But working here is fantastic. I sweat soooo much that it feels like I just got out of a pool when I get home at night. It's way hot here. I am getting dark. But our house is interesting and the shower too. But it's all good. We have been working hard and we now have Hermana with a baptism date for the 6th of August and she is goinhg to get married the 30th of this month. It's a privilege to help bring the gospel to her. But we had an armadillo that was huge run out in front of us during our work and the members are telling us we're gonna eat turtle with them and maybe alligator and snake. I am pretty stoked. But our pensionist where we eat is fantastic, and I am eating a ton again. I am very happy. I was thinking I would start to gain a lot of weight again. But then we started working and I am convinced I will lose weight. It's pretty hot here and it's way humid. The people are great here. They are very humble and I know there are souls here who are prepared to hear the gospel. Something way cool is that they almost only drive motorcycles here. It's awesome! There are a ton and in the streets. You can pass like 40 in ten seconds at night. I am excited to teach here and there are only 12 missionaries in all of Riberalta and the President isn't here, so the missionaries here are the obedient ones. It's pretty cool cause there are 2 other missionaries in this area who are in my group and my old comp Elder Castro is here too. I love you guys so much. Thanks a ton for all of your support, love, and prayers. I will continue to serve and hope that through my efforts you can receive blessings. Love, Elder Christoffersen
